Birmingham ArtsFest call for submissions

ArtsFest is the country's largest free arts festival and it will return on the 12th -14th September 2008. This annual event celebrates the wealth of creative talent in Birmingham and the West Midlands, and is a chance for artists to promote themselves to the media and audience alike. 

ArtsFest 2008 will focus on a theme of fire and light. Entries are required from a cross section of artforms – music, dance, drama, spoken word, comedy, visual arts and crafts, film and fashion!

Anyone can enter including individuals or groups, amateurs or professionals, however they must currently live, work, study, or be showing work in Birmingham and the West Midlands region in the 12 months following the festival.
